Wæm Ză Nìbsol (/zə̝/ /ˈnɨbsol/ [thin (slender); slim] [cuff]) is a subtropical Town located in Jĭibæn Zone, Wækwìilbu District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Wæm Ză Nìbsol is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Ză Nìbsol was founded by Bb-80b 'Tari' Shêyepí, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Wæm Ză Nìbsol has a yearly average temperature of 31°C (87°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 36°C (96°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 27°C (80°F). Wæm Ză Nìbsol receives an average of 129 cm/y (50 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Wæm Ză Nìbsol covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 17502 m (14471 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Wæm Ză Nìbsol was founded durring the early 9th century, by Bb-80b 'Tari' Shêyepí. The establishment of Wæm Ză Nìbsol was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Wæm Ză Nìbsol's construction back out of the project. Bb-80b 'Tari' Shêyepí pushed on reguardles, and Wæm Ză Nìbsol was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Wæm Ză Nìbsol was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Ză Nìbsol is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Wæm Ză Nìbsol is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive packed earth streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The timber-based walls have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

A look around Wæm Ză Nìbsol is like looking into a university’s plaza on the day before an exam. People rush about to-and-fro. Discarded scrolls and quills are dotted around town. In spite of many locals discussing academic topics, there’s little sign of any organized groups for any of that talk. Infact, the town seems disordered in general with everything scattered helter skelter about.

Civic Infrastructure

Wæm Ză Nìbsol has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.

Wæm Ză Nìbsol possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.

Wæm Ză Nìbsol has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes

Wæm Ză Nìbsol's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.

In Wæm Ză Nìbsol the utterance of expletives is impossible within city limits. This has changed as the limits have changed, but has not kept up with slang, or swearing in foreign languages.
